What are the entry requirements?  you will need basic numeracy and literacy skills.

What is the selection process? No formal classes, so you will be enrolled on the basis of first in first serve.

What about fee payment? We ask you to pay fees in full before the commencement of the class.
Fees are non-transferable. Otherwise please see Current Enrolment Offer

Is there any special entry? Sometimes we grant special entry to an applicant who does not meet the above criteria. 

What is the withdraw process? You can withdraw at any time prior to or within 3 days after the first day of the class. We will refund payments made by you. We deduct $5 for the admin charges

What if keenCooks cancel classes? If it is, we will refund proportion of any fees paid or other arrangement will be made.

What if I have complaints? First step, we love to speak to you in person to find out why. If the matter is serious then it should refer to the General Manager, who may consult with the Advisory Committee.
